Hey this is Mitch Lee from fitfigurebootcamp.com and fitfiguretv.com. I want to talk about some healthy breakfast option.

You like absolutely have to have this in your house, this is the standard Quaker Oats old-fashioned oatmeal, takes about a minute and thirty seconds at most to make.

All of us are very busy in the morning but if you want to be healthy, this is one of the best things you can eat. Its super high in fiber, super low in sugar, it isn’t all carbohydrates macro nutrients, so you want to add something to it.

So a really good breakfast might be something like Quaker Oats and a couple of egg whites or Quaker Oats and a Greek yogurt. So you definitely want to have meal balance there but you absolutely have to have this.

Don’t go for those quick instant ones that have a lot of sugar, just go for the good old-fashioned Quaker Oats. I also like the brand kashi, they also have a good one. I think in a vanilla flavor that I actually love.

So just remember Quaker Oats is the perfect breakfast to have. And I think grandma used to say that it’s the kind of food that sticks to your ribs and that means it helps you feel fuller longer and quicker because that’s what these kinds of carbohydrates do. The more natural, the faster, the slower it’s going to absorb in your body, that’s actually going to last you longer. So you’re going to feel full, you’re going to feel great, you’re going to start your day right.

Fiber does that to the body so just make sure that you get yourself this, this is an awesome breakfast choice and you can do a couple of things with it and its absolutely one of my top favorite breakfast to have.
